How early can the birthday family arrive to the event?
 
The birthday family can arrive 10 minutes before the event. Anytime prior to that time, the gates and doors will be locked since the party staff is setting up for your event.
 
Can my guests utilize the camp facility during my party? 
 
No, all party guests must follow the party schedule and stay with our Party Staff.
 
What are the party favors?
 
Party favors are water bottles filled with assorted candy
 
Can you add to the party favor? 
 
Yes, you can drop off additional items the week before the party to put inside the water bottle.
 
Can you bring in your own party favor? 
 
Yes, you can drop off your own party favor to be distributed with the water bottle.
 
Who is considered a guest? 

A guest is someone who participates in the activities, eats lunch and receives a goody bag. Infants are not considered guests.

What happens if more guests arrive the day of the party? 

The Party Coordinator will count the number of guests the day of the party. If the number is higher than the number on the RSVP list, the parent will have to pay for the additional guest at the end of the party, in cash. Rolling River will charge triple the amount of money if additional guest show up day of the event.

Are adults considered guests?
 
For a children’s party, adults are not considered guests. You may invite adults without an additional charge. However, if you have more adults at the party, we may need to modify your event location.  If the party is for an adult, then additional adults would be considered guests.
 
Can I have more guests over my allotted party quantity? 
 
Yes but there is an additional charge per guest over your party quantity. If you have over 30 guests, Rolling River will add an additional staff member for adequate supervision.
 
Can you order more pizza? 
 
Yes, we will place your order one week prior to the event after we get a final headcount

Are there other catering options?

Yes, Rolling River works with several local restaurants to offer a variety of catering options.

Can you bring in your own food? 
 
No, any food that is served at an event is only brought provided by Rolling River.
 
How many people can swim at a pool party? 

A total of 30 guests can swim at a pool party. If you have more than 30 guests, you must hire an additional lifeguard at an additional cost.

Does Rolling River provide towels at a pool party? 
 
No, guests must provide their own towels, sunscreen and change of clothes.
 
Where do my guests park for my party? 
 
All party guests may park in Rolling River’s main parking lot. Once the lot is full, you may park on the street. Do not park in the CVS parking lot. There will be a Rolling River Party Staff Member in the parking lot who will assist with parking.
 
How do I make my payments?
 
In order to book your event, Rolling River must receive a deposit of $200 via cash, check or electronic payment. Final payments are due the week of the party in cash.
 
Are tips included for party staff? 

Yes, 10% gratuity is included in the party contract. It is at the host’s discretion if they would like to tip above the included gratuity.

If I am hosting an Enhanced Party with an outside entertainer, are tips included for the entertainer? 
 
No, tip is only included for the party staff. We recommend that the family tip the entertainer directly.
 
What happens if I am having an outdoor party and it rains?
 
Every outdoor party includes a rain plan option in the case of inclement weather.  Rain dates are not provided for parties.
